How to Manage or Cancel Your Evoke Subscription

You can manage your Evoke subscription from your account dashboard at any time. Here's what you need to know about changes, upgrades, and cancellations.

Upgrading your plan

You can upgrade from Personal to Business at any time. Your new rate will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Upgrades take effect immediately, giving you access to Business plan features like governance documentation and quarterly liveness checks.

Downgrading your plan

You can downgrade from Business to Personal at your next renewal. Any Business-specific features will be removed at that time, but your vault and inheritance plan remain fully functional.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your vault remains functional — you still hold two of three keys and can move your Bitcoin at any time
  • Your Digital Asset Schedule remains valid as a standalone document
  • Liveness checks and escalation services will stop at the end of your billing period
  • Evoke's recovery key remains available for a grace period after cancellation, but we recommend migrating to a new setup if you no longer plan to use Evoke

What happens if I stop paying?

If your payment fails, we'll send reminders over 30 days before suspending liveness check services. Your vault remains functional throughout this period, and we'll always contact you before taking any action that affects your plan.

Remember: Cancelling Evoke does not affect your ability to access your Bitcoin. You always have the two keys needed to move your funds independently. See what happens if Evoke goes away for a full explanation.
